Leo Young has spent over 30 years developing high-achieving baseball player. In the 1990s, he coached at Tallahassee Community College, where the Eagles earned national recognition for their consistent success. He later scouted for the Seattle Mariners through the early 2000s and was part of the Team USA training staff that traveled Europe to help grow the game through the European Baseball Initiative.

Today, Leo works privately with baseball players and their families, helping them cut through conflicting advice and help them build skills that show up in games. He is the author of BASS: Barrel Accuracy and Swing Strength – The Path to Elite-Level Hitting, a book that distills decades of experience into simple, measurable principles that produce real results.
